Beer Cheese Finishing Sea Salt
The sharp cheddar combined with the hop bitterness of Lager beer provides a great balance creating this unique sea salt blend. The medium course salt can be used as is to prove a nice crunch or it can be used in a spice grinder if you need a smaller grind. The salt is a perfect topping for hot pretzels or fresh bread.

Finishing salts are used to add flavor and texture to a completed recipe.
We use a medium-course sea salt that is small enough to sprinkle onto your dish at the end of cooking or right before consuming but large enough to grind up if needed.

My Journey Back to Basics is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products because they are perishable items. Our products are packaged within 2 weeks of your order from our residential kitchen. For this reason, and our high standards in food safety, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.
All of our spices, herbs, blends, and ingredients are of the highest quality and we stand by our products. However, If you have an issue with a product please contact us within 20 days of your order so we can resolve it mutually.
If you received the wrong product or a shipment was damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of the damaged product.
