Panch Phoron (Indian 5-Spice)
Panch Phoran is also called Indian 5-Spice as it translates to “5 spices”. Unlike most other Indian spice mixes, it is a whole spice blend. It is a versatile blend used in cuisines, particularly from Northern and Eastern India and Bangladesh. Most often the blend is either fried in oil or dry-roasted in a skillet to draw out the pungent flavors.
It can be used to sprinkle on naan bread, in stews, as a rub, and in some areas, it is used as a pickling spice. If you are interested in an authentic Indian flavor blend, it is a must-have for your pantry,.

Our products are packaged within 2 weeks of your order from our residential kitchen. For this reason, and our high standards in food safety, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.
All of our spices, herbs, blends, and ingredients are of the highest quality and we stand by our products. However, If you have an issue with a product please contact us within 20 days of your order so we can resolve it mutually.
If you received the wrong product or a shipment was damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of the damaged product.
